当地时间10月3日，俄罗斯总统普京视察了新建的天狼星音乐厅，称赞其为“国家瑰宝”。
设计师安德烈·利特维诺夫狂放不羁的发型引起了普京的兴趣。普京对他说道：“尽管你头发有些凌乱，看起来有点特别，但你的工作做得很好，因为你是一个才华横溢的人”。
利特维诺夫是天狼星大学城市与环境设计中心主任，曾设计过约200栋建筑。
