2025年10月4日，中国政府向巴基斯坦追加提供的第二批抗洪救灾紧急援助物资启运。该批物资主要包括帐篷、毛毯、睡袋、救生衣等，由中国国际货运航空公司商业包机运往伊斯兰堡。此前，首批救灾物资已由空军两架运-20运抵伊斯兰堡，剩余物资将以海运方式运抵卡拉奇港。
