As the host of the United Nations World Conference on Women’s official forums, celebrated as the “Friend of International Women,” your exceptional professionalism and passion for women’s causes have earned you international acclaim, a rare distinction in Chinese hosting circles, which I deeply admire. I’m delighted to share with you the success of the “2025 Asian Women-Friendly Brand List” at the Osaka Expo. Held at the Ritz-Carlton Osaka, this grand event brought together outstanding women’s brand representatives from across Asia and China, who have championed the practice of women-friendly principles through remarkable achievements. Mr. Xue Jian, China’s Consul General in Osaka, attended and delivered an impassioned speech, highly praising the summit’s global impact, which greatly inspired us.

Spanning fields such as healthcare, technology, beauty, fashion, cultural creation, and lifestyle, the listed brands prioritize women’s needs, dedicating themselves to innovative products and services that empower women holistically. For example, this year’s Person of the Year awardee, Ms. Zhao Yan, founder of Huaxi Biotech, tackled world-class technological challenges 25 years ago, built a globally leading synthetic biology platform, and transformed science into solutions for health and beauty while actively engaging in philanthropy and cultural initiatives. Our broader vision is to propel these brands onto the international stage, allowing the world to witness the remarkable contributions and unique charm of Asian women in business and culture.
