台湾花莲堰塞湖酿惨重灾情，民进党当局救灾不力，近日有大量民间救灾力量自发涌入，协助灾区清理淤泥。
民众目击只有一只手的男子，也来帮忙铲土，被封为独臂超人，甚至有80岁志工骑2天的脚踏车，从彰化绕半个台湾来救灾。他们的善行也看哭不少网友。
