9月30日，有网友反映广东城际铁路S4734次从东莞西站开往白云机场北站的列车，疑似发生大规模乘客漏乘事件。10月1日下午，青蜂侠致电广州地铁集团有限公司客服热线，工作人员表示：“我们有关注到此情况，但客服人员没有收到具体核查结果，会将此情况转给相关业务部门。”
