据悉，普宁市流沙东专职消防队队长陈桂太和该消防队班长陈彬涌先后43次使用单位公务车加油卡为其私家车加油，其中陈桂太加油25次，陈彬涌加油18次。有关结算单均由陈桂太签署同意。陈桂太受到政务警告处分，陈彬涌受到诫勉处理。
