格隆汇9月30日丨新城悦服务(01755.HK)公告，董事会已自2025年9月30日起罢免杨博的执行董事及公司首席运营官职务。杨博被罢免执行董事职务后，不再担任环境、社会及管治委员会成员，而独立非执行董事姜旭之获委任为环境、社会及管治委员会成员，以填补空缺。
此外，公司股份继续暂停买卖。
