9月25日，喜力啤酒宣布，已成功发行三批20亿欧元债券：
5亿欧元3年期债券，票面利率2.565%；7.5亿欧元8.6年期债券，票面利率3.505%；以及7.5亿欧元12年期债券，票面利率3.872%。
这些债券将根据公司欧元中期债券计划发行，并将在卢森堡证券交易所上市。
债券发行所得款项将用于包括收购在内的一般公司用途。
这些债券的到期日分别为2028年10月3日、2034年5月3日和2037年10月3日。
