近日，尖峰集团公告，副总经理黄金龙因达到法定退休年龄，于2025年9月26日提交辞职报告，其辞职自报告送达公司董事会之日起生效。黄金龙先生原定任期至2026年12月12日。公司计划按照相关规定尽快完成新副总经理的补选。
