乌克兰外交部长瑟比加9月29日表示，乌克兰的武器将打击俄罗斯境内的任何军事设施。
瑟比加强调，俄罗斯必须清醒认识到，无论当下还是未来，对于俄罗斯境内的军事目标而言，不存在所谓 “安全之地”，乌克兰的武器装备与军队将对俄境内任何军事设施实施打击。（总台记者 董薇）
