9月29日，*ST沐邦（603398）发布公告，实际控制人廖志远收到中国证监会的立案告知书，因廖志远涉嫌未按规定披露非经营性资金往来，中国证监会决定对廖志远立案。
廖志远及公司将积极配合中国证监会的相关工作，并严格按照监管要求履行信息披露义务。
2025年中期，*ST沐邦实现收入1.41亿元，归母净利润-2.12亿元。
