米兰上诉法院第三庭维持对狗仔科罗纳的原判，认定他对旺达、伊卡尔迪以及布罗佐维奇构成严重诽谤罪，罚款1500欧，并责令其赔偿旺达和伊卡尔迪各7500欧，向布罗佐维奇赔偿5000欧。这些赔偿为“立即执行”的临时赔偿，而“非财产性”损害的赔偿则需通过民事诉讼确定。
