财联社9月28日电，证监会最新核准上海证券成为前海联合基金主要股东，核准百联集团有限公司成为前海联合基金实际控制人。早在今年2月7日，历经五次拍卖波折，前海联合基金30%的股权被上海证券以3766.22万元成功竞得，这一价格较评估价6725.4万元折价了44%。业内人士分析，券商具有渠道、自营、资产管理资源优势，对中小基金做大规模有所助益。（财联社记者 王晨）
