财联社9月27日电，据广东省应急管理厅消息：据气象部门监测预报，今年第20号台风“博罗依”正在快速向海南岛南面海域靠近，将对我省粤西海域造成较大影响。根据《广东省防汛防旱防风防冻应急预案》和省防总有关规定，省防总决定于9月27日15时启动防风Ⅳ级应急响应。
