“清河发布”消息，9月23日，清河县第十七届人大常委会召开第三十五次会议。会议决定：接受闫恒卓同志辞去清河县人民政府县长职务的请求，任命刘志诚同志为清河县人民政府副县长、代理县长。
刘志诚出生于1987年，回族，此前任河北省工业和信息化厅中小企业处处长。
