东方通信(600776)9月26日公告，公司同意授权公司管理层，在董事会审议通过后12个月内，以集中竞价方式择机出售长芯博创(300548)部分股票资产。目前，东方通信持有长芯博创574.2万股，此次公司计划拟出售不超过291.1万股长芯博创股票，预计交易金额约3.18亿元。
