智通财经APP讯，丘钛科技(01478)发布公告，有关公司出售Kunshan Q Tech Microelectronics (India) Private Limited(印度丘钛)51.08%股权，交易已根据股份认购及购买协议于2025年9月26日完成。
于完成后，集团持有印度丘钛48.92%股权，印度丘钛不再作为公司的附属公司合并入账。
