格隆汇9月26日｜冠石科技公告，公司拟向不超过35名特定对象发行股票，募集资金总额不超过7亿元，扣除发行费用后将用于光掩膜版制造项目和补充流动资金。光掩膜版制造项目预计总投资19.31亿元，拟投入募集资金5.3亿元，项目预计年营业收入约8.55亿元。本次发行股票的定价基准日为发行期首日，发行价格不低于定价基准日前20个交易日公司A股股票交易均价的80%。
