9月26日，宇通重工（600817）发布公告，刘朋因个人原因申请辞去公司证券事务代表职务，辞职报告书自送达董事会之日起生效。
刘朋辞职后不在公司担任任何职务，其所负责的工作已妥善交接，其辞职不会影响公司相关工作的开展。
2025年中期，宇通重工实现收入16.60亿元，归母净利润1.19亿元。
