9月26日，新坐标（603040）发布公告，实际控制人胡欣及其一致行动人姚国兴、徐芳于2025年9月19日至9月25日期间通过集中竞价交易减持公司股份63万股，权益变动前合计持股比例为54.42%，权益变动后合计持股比例为53.96%。此次减持行为是股东履行此前披露的减持计划，不触及要约收购。
2025年中期，新坐标实现收入3.90亿元，归母净利润1.42亿元。
