我父亲自1984年开始在海阳教体局小纪镇泉水头学校全日制后勤工作至今已经三十九年了，期间一直不交社保，现在在未解除劳动合同的情况下，自2022年十月至今工资不发放，劳动合同法规定超过一年不签订合同视为无固定期劳动合同，学校这么做是违法，希望有关部门转发报道。
