财联社9月25日电，俄罗斯国防部通报称，俄空天军的图-95MS战略轰炸机在巴伦支海和鄂霍次克海中立水域上空完成超过14小时的计划性飞行，其间完成空中加油。苏-35和苏-30战斗机进行护航。俄空天军飞机的所有飞行均严格遵守国际空域使用规则。俄罗斯国防部表示，在部分飞行阶段，有外国战机伴飞。
