9月25日，泸州老窖（000568）发布公告，公司2021年限制性股票激励计划预留部分第二个解除限售期符合解除限售条件的激励对象为45名，可解除限售的限制性股票数量为10万股，占公司目前总股本的0.0069%。本次可解除限售的限制性股票上市流通日为2025年9月29日。
2025年中期，泸州老窖实现收入164.54亿元，归母净利润76.63亿元。
