在暂时取消谷物、牛肉、家禽肉等农产品出口预扣税仅两天后，阿根廷税收和海关监管局9月24日宣布恢复上述征税，理由是阿根廷有关产品出口报关收入已达到70亿美元目标，不再需要刺激海外销量。（新华社）
