面对台风“桦加沙”来袭，广西壮族自治区防汛抗旱指挥部于9月24日18时将防台风应急响应提升至三级，广西各地各部门闻“风”而动，全力做好各项防台风准备工作。南方电网广西电网公司提前调派抢修人员支援玉林、北海、钦州、防城港、崇左等地，完成2000人配网抢修队伍、300人主网抢修队伍梳理准备，保障电网安全与电力可靠供应。
