9月24日，安通控股（600179）发布公告，持股5%以上的股东中外运集装箱运输有限公司及其一致行动人中国外运股份有限公司的持股比例发生变动。
中外运集装箱运输有限公司在2025年9月22日至9月24日通过集中竞价方式增持1846万股，增持比例约占公司总股本的0.44%；中国外运在2025年9月17日至9月19日通过集中竞价方式增持2061万股，增持比例约占公司总股本的0.49%。
增持后，中外运集装箱运输有限公司和中国外运股份有限公司及其一致行动人目前合计持有公司股份占比19.01%。
2025年中期，安通控股实现收入43.84亿元，归母净利润5.12亿元。
