9月24日，中原传媒（000719）发布公告，经公司董事长王庆提名并经董事会提名委员会审查，公司董事会同意聘任吴东升担任董事会秘书。
吴东升，1970年12月生，现任公司财务总监，曾任义马煤业集团股份有限公司总会计师，郑州粮食批发市场有限公司财务部部长。
2025年中期，中原传媒实现收入45.75亿元，归母净利润5.32亿元。
