9月24日焦作市第十四届人民代表大会常务委员会第二十三次会议召开，决定任命赵海燕为焦作市人民政府副市长。
赵海燕，女，1970年7月生，大学，工学学士，中共党员，2022年1月任焦作市解放区委书记。今年8月，河南发布领导干部任职前公示，提到赵海燕拟提名为省辖市政府副市长人选。
