智通财经APP获悉，南非黄金生产商金田(GFI.US)周二宣布，其子公司Marsh Holdings与Gold Fields Orogen Holding已累计出售加拿大黄金矿商Galiano Gold 5047万股普通股，约占加利安诺已发行股份的19.5%。
本次出售价格为每股3.00加元，出售股东获得的总收益约为1.514亿加元。
该交易于2025年9月23日以包销交易方式完成，买方机构为蒙特利尔银行资本市场、丰业银行以及加拿大帝国商业银行资本市场作为交易主体。
