新华社北京9月23日电 记者从应急管理部获悉，国家防汛抗旱总指挥部决定于23日对广西启动防汛防台风四级应急响应。
今年第18号台风“桦加沙”（超强台风级）的中心23日19时位于广东省阳江市东偏南方向约465公里的南海北部海面上，预计将于24日中午到晚上在广东台山到湛江一带沿海登陆（台风级或强台风级），之后继续西行，给广西带来严重风雨影响。（完）
