根据施工需要，光华街（九院沙河快速路南沿岸——西中环路）将于2025年9月25日0时至2025年12月31日0时进行雨污分流改造。为保证施工期间道路交通安全与畅通，根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》的有关规定，施工期间，机动车禁止通行。车辆可绕行和平南路、西中环路等路段。
