大丰区太兴村花庄一号别墅区，一个高大上的公共厕所被荒置。
约17年随别墅区一同建成的公厕，外观依旧光亮，大门紧锁，周边杂草丛生、垃圾堆积。
公厕本应是为民服务的配套设施，然而从它建成七八年，就被荒置七八年之久。造价不菲的公共设施为何沦为一纸空谈？巨大的资金浪费背后，相关管理责任缺失，该由谁来承担？
