齐鲁网·闪电新闻9月23日讯东营市气象局、东营市水文中心、东营市水务局9月23日14时发布降水概要及临近天气预报：9月23日8时至14时全市平均降雨量4.6毫米，最大东营高新区8.0毫米。今年全市累计平均降雨556.3毫米，比去年同期（764.0）偏少207.7毫米，较常年（527.3）偏多29.0毫米。
预计今天下午东营市降雨将持续。
