葡萄牙马德拉岛的老酿酒师，有瓶 2007 年的布尔酒藏了十五年。他说这酒在木桶里熟成时，“天使份额” 比往年少了许多，像是幽灵在帮忙守护。
去年孙子结婚，开瓶时满屋都是焦糖香气，酒液倒进杯子竟泛起细碎的金光。老酿酒师笑着说：“你看，那些消失的酒液，都变成时光的味道回来了。” 现在这瓶酒的空瓶还摆在酒窖，据说凑近能听见轻微的发酵声。
