金融监管总局局长李云泽表示，“十四五”这5年来，农信社改革蹄疾步稳，过半省份组建省级法人机构，城商行改革重组有序实施，股份制银行高质量发展。扎实推进保险、资管等机构加快回归本源，功能定位不断增强。中小金融机构减量提质成效明显，布局持续优化。
