格隆汇9月23日｜声明显示，新西兰航空首席运营官Alex Marren已告知航司其辞职决定，计划3月29日离职。新西兰航空将在未来几个月内寻找Marren的继任者。新西兰航空另外任命Jeremy O'Brien为首席客户和数字官，10月20日起生效。
