人民财讯9月22日电，9月22日，在介绍“十四五”时期金融业发展成就时，中国人民银行行长潘功胜在国新办新闻发布会上表示，7月末，境外机构和个人持有境内股票、债券和存贷款10万亿元，其中，股票3万亿元，债券4万亿元，存贷款3万亿元。境外机构熊猫债发行规模超过1万亿元。
