财联社9月22日电，中国人民银行行长潘功胜在国新办新闻发布会上表示，目前人民币已成为我国对外收支的第一大结算货币，全球第三大贸易融资货币、第三大支付货币，在国际货币基金组织（IMF）特别提款权（SDR）的货币篮子中的权重位列第三。
