财联社9月22日电，据气象、水文、海洋部门监测预报，今年第18号台风“桦加沙”已加强为超强台风级，并逐渐趋向广东省沿海，48小时内将给广东省带来严重的风雨浪潮影响。根据《广东省防汛防旱防风防冻应急预案》和省防总有关规定，广东省防总决定于9月22日10时将防风Ⅳ级应急响应提升为防风Ⅱ级应急响应。
