观点网讯：9月22日，市场消息称，美国百货集团Saks Global正在与潜在买家洽谈出售旗下超奢侈百货商店Bergdorf Goodman 49%股权，交易金额约10亿美元。根据公开资料整理，目前至少有四个潜在竞标者参与，包括中东主权财富基金及战略投资者，交易最快可能在2026年初达成。
Bergdorf Goodman位于纽约第五大道，是北美最具标志性的奢侈品百货之一。
