9月8日20时许，辖区居民刘某报警称家中电脑主机被盗。盘湾派出所迅速组织警力调查，通过调取案发地周边监控，快速锁定嫌疑人身份，并于次日19时许成功抓获嫌疑人，追回被盗电脑主机。为表感谢，刘某送来书有“不仅长的帅 办案还特快 精准又果断 人民好伙伴”的锦旗。
