中国科学院院士 、上海交通大学李政道研究所所长张杰在今天举行的2025浦江创新论坛主论坛上透露，他的团队已于2024年底在嘉定启动研究基地建设，希望于2045年在上海建设运营第一座激光聚变能电站。运用团队提出的点火方案，最终电价只有美国的一半。
