行政拘留+罚款！常平 “飙车炸街”案处罚来了！2025年9月14日15时许，东莞交警常平大队查处一起“飙车炸街”案。
经查，驾驶人蒙某无证驾驶一辆二轮摩托车在新城学校侧门周边路段做出翘头行为，且存在擅自改变机动车外形和已登记的有关技术参数的违法行为。现场，执勤民警对其依法处以罚款500元、行政拘留四日的处罚。
