9月19日，德国公用事业公司Uniper发布声明称，已签署协议，将位于德国北莱茵-威斯特法伦州的Datteln 4燃煤电厂出售给ResInvest集团。Uniper表示，除煤炭基础设施外，交易还包含相关热能生产设施。
