9月19日，惠云钛业（300891）发布公告，董事、副总经理叶胜因个人原因申请辞职，辞职后将不再担任公司任何职务，叶胜的原定任期到2027年5月30日。
公告提到，叶胜在2024年限制性股票激励计划中已获授但未归属的14万股限制性股票将根据相关规定履行取消归属并作废的程序。
2025年中期，惠云钛业实现收入8.35亿元，归母净利润510万元。
