9月19日，根据浙江证监局发布的决定，联盛化学（301212）及相关人员牟建宇、俞快、戴素君、周正英收到了出具警示函的监督管理措施。此次监管措施的原因是公司在现场检查中发现，闲置募集资金理财的购买时间早于审议授权期限，且购买金额超过审议授权额度。此外，2023年半年度至2024年年度的募集资金存放与使用情况的专项报告中，购买大额存单金额的披露也不准确。
