9月18日，荣盛发展（002146）发布公告，与中国房地产业协会签署了合作备忘录。该备忘录旨在通过中房协平台推广销售公司在售商品房，双方将共同拓展市场，提升效益。此次签署为框架性协议，后续具体合作事项需另行签署正式协议。
2025年中期，荣盛发展实现收入141.81亿元，归母净利润-28.67亿元。
