国防部长董军喊话“台独”：解放军随时准备着

今天（9月18日），第十二届北京香山论坛在北京国际会议中心开幕，国防部长董军出席开幕式并作主旨发言。

Chinese Defense Minister Dong Jun on Thursday pledged greater efforts to safeguard world peace at the 12th Beijing Xiangshan Forum.

“随时准备挫败任何外部武力干涉”

谈到台湾问题时，董军表示，台湾回归中国，是战后国际秩序的重要组成部分，台湾属于中国的历史和法理事实不容置疑。中国人民解放军始终是捍卫祖国统一的无坚不摧的强大力量，绝不允许任何“台独”分裂图谋得逞，我们随时准备挫败任何外部武力干涉。

In his speech, Dong emphasized that the post-war international order must be safeguarded.

Dong stressed that Taiwan is an integral part of China and that it's a historical and legal fact that brooks no challenge.

"The PLA has always been an indestructible force for safeguarding national reunification. It will never allow any separatist attempt for 'Taiwan independence' to succeed, and it stands ready to thwart any external military interference at any time," he said.

“中国军队越强大，世界和平越有保障”

董军表示，中国军队越强大，制约战争的力量就会越壮大，世界和平与发展就会越有保障。我们愿同所有爱好和平的力量一道，坚决捍卫二战胜利成果和战后国际秩序，助力各国军队提升捍卫自身正当权益的能力，共同担负起维护世界和平的历史责任。

The Chinese military stands ready to work with all parties to defend sovereign equality, uphold the post-war international order, bolster multilateralism, protect common interests, and jointly advance reforms to improve the global governance system, he said.

“让矛盾纠葛、兵戈相向回归为生息与共”

董军表示，今天是九一八事变纪念日，我们要顺应历史大势，越是面临风险挑战，越要把握历史规律、坚定正确的前进方向。面向未来，我们要坚定信心、聚智聚力，回答好“和平共处”“和合共生”的时代课题，让矛盾纠葛、兵戈相向回归为生息与共，让反全球化的逆流重新融入“同球共济”的主流。

本届论坛主题为“共护国际秩序、共促和平发展”，100余个国家、地区和国际组织官方代表及专家学者和各国观察员等1800余名嘉宾出席。

Under the theme "Upholding International Order and Promoting Peaceful Development", the forum pools together more than 1,800 official representatives, scholars and observers from over 100 countries, regions and international organizations. It runs from Sept 17 to 19.
