9月18日，奥锐特（605116）发布公告，李金亮因工作调整，申请辞去公司第三届董事会非独立董事职务，同时辞去董事会下属专门委员会职务。
辞职后，李金亮仍继续担任公司全资子公司上海奥锐特生物科技有限公司执行董事。
2025年中期，奥锐特实现收入8.22亿元，归母净利润2.35亿元。
