9月17日，海泰新光（688677）发布公告，因公司内部调整，周良辞去公司董事职务，周良辞职后将不再担任公司任何职务。
公司于2025年9月17日召开职工代表大会，经全体与会职工代表表决，同意选举刘昕担任职工代表董事。
2025年中期，海泰新光实现收入2.66亿元，归母净利润7445万元。
